Matt is the General Manager/Owner at Warning Lites. He is on
the Board of Directors for the Southern Illinois Builders Association.
Matt started in the traffic control business at the age of 16, working
for his father at Warning Lites. He became the Branch Manager of
United Rentals by the age of 25. He then went on to become the
Regional Manager of Highway Technologies for the Midwest region by
the age of 35. Matt started Warning Lites in 2013.

Matt is the son of Mike and Joanne Fricke, he is married to Michelle, and together they have 3 pet cats. He grew up in Waterloo, Illinois and currently resides in
Columbia, Illinois. Matt graduated from Saint Louis University with a BA
in Marketing and returned to get his Master’s in Business. During his
free time, Matt enjoys golf and hockey. Let’s Go Blues!
